These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NewsART24 network, including our digital articles, live wire feeds, mobile applications, multilingual translation systems, and syndicate intelligence tools.

2. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Syndication

All editorial materials, investigative articles, forensic data sets, photo essays, infographics, audio dispatches, video documentaries, software code, and brand emblems published on NewsART24 are the exclusive proprietary property of NewsART24 Global Media Inc. and its credited authors, protected under international copyright treaties, trademark laws, and intellectual property conventions.

Permitted Fair Use
  • Brief excerpts (under 75 words) for commentary.
  • Direct hyperlinks to original canonical URLs.
  • Academic quotation with complete author citations.
Strictly Prohibited
  • Automated scraping or AI model ingestion.
  • Full-text republication without syndication agreement.
  • Removal of copyright notices, watermarks, or bylines.

NewsART24 operates a proprietary neural multilingual translation pipeline, serving live journalism in 18 supported languages. Each localized edition is reviewed by regional desk editors to preserve nuances, factual exactitude, and local legal frameworks.

Authoritative Legal Text: In the event of semantic discrepancy between translated editions, the primary original language version published by the filing correspondent constitutes the legal and editorial benchmark.
Regional Localization: Certain regional dispatches may be subject to localized publication laws, which are clearly noted on specific bureau headers.

4. Reader Conduct & Community Standards

To maintain the integrity of our global discourse, readers interacting with our platform—including article comment sections, tip lines, and live coverage feeds—must adhere to strict ethical standards.

You agree that you shall NOT:

•Post defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false statements.
•Engage in harassment, hate speech, or incitement of violence.
•Impersonate journalists, public figures, or platform staff.
•Deploy automated bots, crawlers, or flood comment queues.
•Attempt unauthorized penetration of our security systems.
•Solicit commercial products or post unsolicited affiliate spam.

NewsART24 adheres to the highest tenets of verification and journalistic precision. If an error is identified, we act swiftly and transparently to correct the record in accordance with our Editorial Manifesto.

Correction & Retraction Protocol

Corrections are affixed directly to the article footer with the exact timestamp and description of the modification. Formal retraction notices are archived publicly in our transparent corrections log.

6. Digital Access, Newsletters & Account Security

Certain features, such as investigative newsletter subscriptions, tailored alerts, and bookmark synchronization, may require creating a digital account or submitting an email address.
